Assiniboine Zoo - Winnipeg, MB
In 1904, the City of Winnipeg purchased over 289 acres of woodland and prairie along the Assiniboine River to construct the Assiniboine Park Zoo. The zoo entered a new era in 2008 with the establishment of the Assiniboine Park Conservancy, a private/public, not-for-profit, charitable organization with a mandate to develop, govern and manage the overall Park and its amenities. In 2009, the zoo unveiled a $200 million redevelopment and expansion plan that will be completed over the course of 10 years.

Corcoran Gallery of Art - Washington, D.C.
Founded in 1869, the Corcoran is one of the oldest privately supported art galleries in Washington D.C. The museum’s main focus is both historic and contemporary American art, with an extensive collection of 18th, 19th and 20th century art. Due to specific gallery temperature requirements, modular chiller redundancy was a critical element.

Denver Museum of Nature and Science -
Denver, CO

Located in the Rocky Mountain region, the natural history and science museum houses natural history and anthropological materials, as well as archival and library resources. In early 2014, the museum underwent construction to add the Morgridge Family Exploration Center and aims for LEED Platinum Certification. The key project requirements that ClimaCool met were to maintain temperature set point, easily increase or decrease capacity when the museum is occupied while having the security of modular chiller redundancy.

New York Public Theater - New York, NY
New York City Arts organization, founded as the Shakespeare Workshop in 1954, opened its doors in 1967. Today, the Public Theater is a New York City landmark renamed to The Joseph Papp Public Theater after the original founder of the Shakespeare Workshop. One of the major requirements for this application was the ability to have low operating sound levels.

O'Hare International Airport - South Control Tower - Chicago, IL
Major airport located in Chicago, being the second largest in the United States. The airport is expanding on the south side with the construction of a new control tower, which will be 219 feet tall and 50 tons of steel. The addition of the new tower was to establish a parallel runway system instead of the crisscross layout that is currently in place.

St. Patrick's Old Cathedral - New York, NY
Located in Manhattan, St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral was built between 1809 and 1815 and was designed in the Gothic Revival Style. The church was designated a New York City landmark in 1966 and the cathedral complex was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.

Statue of Liberty - New York, NY 
The Statue of Liberty is located on Liberty Island in the middle of New York Harbor. The statue, designed by F. Bartholdi and dedicated on October 28, 1886, was a gift to the United States from the people of France. The statue is of a robed female figure representing Liberty, the Roman goddess of freedom, who bears a torch and a tablet upon which is inscribed the date of the American Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776.
