Camp Pendleton Naval Hospital -
Camp Pendleton, CA
The world class landmark facility reflects the values of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps while accommodating the latest in evidence-based design and best practices in healthcare services. The hospital is expected to earn LEED Gold Certification. A new central utilities plant with 3,100 tons of cooling and redundant utility systems to allow the hospital to remain independently and fully functional for three days in the event of a power outage. All five Innovation in Design credits were achieved by using more than 20 percent recycled content, reducing water usage, and implementing a campus-wide education program that highlights the hospital’s sustainability.

Lexington, MA Human Genetic Therapies company provides treatments in Neuroscience, Rare Diseases and Regenerative Medicine developing therapy to treat extremely rare, life-threatening diseases. The 180,000 square foot new construction building achieved LEED Gold Certification for sustainable design features.

UNC Health Care Hilsborough Campus - Hillsborough, NC 
Not-for-profit integrated health care system, owned by the State of North Carolina and based in Chapel Hill. It exists to further the teaching mission of the University of North Carolina and to provide state-of-the-art patient care. Distinguishing characteristic of UNC Health Care is its association with the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Medicine, a nationally eminent research institution.
This relationship gives UNC Health Care a powerful pathway for moving the results of biomedical research from medical school laboratories to patient care settings.

Vancouver Island Health Authority - Victoria, BC
Vancouver Island Heath Authority is the publicly funded healthcare provider. Island Health provides healthcare to more than 765,000 people on Vancouver Island, the islands of the Georgia Strait, and in the mainland communities north of Powell River and south of Rivers Inlet. Hot water rejected from chilled water loop is utilized for domestic water to save energy without enabling the boiler or water heater.
