These files are in Adobe Acrobat format. To view these files you can:

Method 1
Right-click on the file name of the item you wish to download, then choose "Save Target As..." from the pop-up menu, navigate to where on your hard drive you want to save the file, and then click Save. The file will then be downloaded to your hard drive.

Method 2
If your browser is configured with the correct plug-ins, you can click on the name of the file you want to view and it will open in your browser. If you are unsure if your browser is configured with the correct plug-ins, or are unsure how to configure your browser, we recommend using Method 1 and downloading the files to your hard drive and then open them as usual.
